The truth is that I expected little from the pillow but it is great I slept very well it is very good I recommend this product I will buy another one

The first night I slept on this pillow I was amazed and how much support it gave my neck and shoulders. I have frozen shoulder and am a big person, and I thought the pain and discomfort that I felt when sleeping was unavoidable. This pillow helps IMMENSELY with that, it is so supportive!! My size and shoulder issues make the little "arm cave" meaningless for me personally because my arm doesn't reach up there haha, but the neck support is more than enough to give this product a 5-star review.

I wasn’t sure if this pillow would help me as a side sleeper, but it’s been a GAME CHANGER! I used to wake up in the middle of the night because my arm had either fallen asleep or my shoulder was in extreme pain from side sleeping. I also used to toss and turn to find a comfortable position. Since I’ve gotten this pillow I stay in one position through the night and no longer have any numbness or pain. I highly recommend purchasing if you struggle with arm/shoulder pain at night!

This pillow is very good for cervical. He's firm. Like the photo. The time is good for me. Came well packed.
